Ascend collects only what is needed to operate the free receivables scan, answer scan requests, and protect the service from abuse.
The browser scanner
Invoice CSV data entered into the free scanner is processed in your browser. It is not sent to Ascend or stored on our servers.
The request form
When you request a scan, Ascend stores the name, work email, agency name, overdue-balance range, optional note, referral tags, and submission time that you provide. Your IP address and browser identifier are processed briefly to create a one-way anti-spam fingerprint; the raw values are not stored with the request.
How it is used
This information is used to answer your request, determine whether Ascend is a fit, deliver the service if you choose to proceed, secure the site, and improve the offer. Ascend does not sell personal information and does not use advertising trackers on this site.
Hosting and retention
The site and request database run on managed cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Request details are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

To ask what Ascend holds about you, correct it, or request deletion, email [email protected]. Reasonable requests will be handled promptly, subject to any information we must retain by law.
