Accounts receivable outsourcing for independent agencies

Get overdue invoices off the founder's desk.

We work the overdue queue twice a week, secure payment dates, clear administrative blockers, and bring only the decisions back to you.

Your agency stays in control.

Your clients still hear from your agency under rules you approve. We own the routine work between invoice and payment.

A date
A named payer commits to a specific payment date.
A cleared blocker
The invoice, PO, approval, or vendor-portal issue moves.
A decision brief
You step in only when commercial judgment is required.

Questions agencies ask before starting

Do you contact our clients directly?

Yes, but only after you approve the sender identity, tone, cadence, and escalation rules. Commercial decisions and sensitive messages remain with your agency.

Do you need access to our accounting system?

Not to start. An aging export from QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or a similar system is enough to build the first working queue.

What happens when an invoice is disputed?

We record the issue, gather the payment-side context, and return it for an owner decision. We do not decide whether the work was satisfactory or negotiate a settlement.

Is this a debt-collection service?

No. The service covers routine first-party receivables follow-up and payment-process blockers. Legal escalation and third-party collection are outside the scope.
